What is CityMail?

CityMail is a service offered by the City of Emeryville to persons interested in receiving e-mail notification concerning items of interest. You may currently subscribe to receive occasional news and information concerning the Emeryville Center of Community Life. We'll send this information to you by e-mail.

Will I receive large files in my E-mail inbox?

No. We will not send any file attachments with CityMail messages. Usually, a message will contain a link to our Website where you can go for more information or to download various documents, if you so choose.

Is CityMail spam?

No. We will only send information if you have asked us to place you on our mailing list. You can change your preferences or unsubscribe from CityMail whenever you wish. Each message contains instructions at the bottom of the message for doing so.

Is my privacy protected?

Yes. We store your name and e-mail address in a protected database. Only you or someone with access to your e-mail account can change your CityMail preferences. We will not provide your e-mail address to others. For more information on this subject, please read our privacy statement.
